Samsung is demanding access to iPhone 4S source code in attempt to ban it in Australia


Are you a fan of Apple, then hurry up to grab the iPhone 4S because Samsung is trying to ban the sales in Australia.  Samsung is demanding access to Apple’s iPhone 4S source code. It is also asking access for agreements between Apple and Australian telcos Telstra. According ZD net Vodafone and Optus tries to ban the sale of the new Smartphone in Australia.

A direction query was apprehended today for the ongoing clash between Apple and Samsung over alleged contravene in both the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 and Apple’s iPhone 4S.

Samsung lawyer Cynthia Cochrane said the court that in order make the case they require access to agreements and source court. It argues that subsidies are given by the telcos to Apple products; there is less to go around for competitors. But Apple has objection to these requests and stated that they are irrelevant to the case.

Originally, Samsung wanted access to all retailer and operator agreements for iPhone and iPad products, but they have reduced their request to just ask for agreements with the three major telcos. The website also reported that Apple have levelled legal threats against an Australian imported Samsung’s banned Galaxy Tab 10.

The company ordered gadget importer Dmavo to hand over all of their Galaxy Tabs for destruction, as well as the names and addresses of anyone who bought one of the devices.
Dmavo, however, are staunchly refusing to comply.
