For second year running AT&T voted as worst service provider in U.S
AT&T is the chosen carrier in the US but now according to an annual satisfaction survey AT&T has graded as worst carrier in the United States for the second year running. Previously it is the ranked as in the first position in supplying carrier.
In U.S there are four major national mobile standard service providers, in that again Verizon has scored the highest in this year’s ratings, followed closely by Sprint due to customer reports, survey respondents gave very good scores to Verizon for texting and data service satisfaction, as well for staff knowledge.
T-Mobile was in the next position after Verizon and Sprint but continues to rate significantly better than the higher priced AT&T, which recently withdrew its application to the FCC to merge with its better rival.
“Our survey indicates that subscribers to prepaid and smaller standard-service providers are happiest over all with their cell-phone service, “ said by Paul Reynolds, electronics editor for customer Reports. However, these carriers are not for everyone, some are only regional and prepaid carriers tend to offer few or no smart phones. The major carriers are in still leading options for many consumers and we found they ranged widely in how well they satisfied their customers.”
Of course these are the same clowns who declared the iPhone 4S inferior to Android phones, so if you are a happy AT&T customer, take with a big grain of salt.
