Yellow Tints on iPhone 4S Turning Users Red

The yellow tint has actually become a big stain on the popularity of iPhone 4S. Apple has lately started getting complaints about the iPhone 4S screens that tend to reflect a yellowish screen. This malfunctioning might bring forward a major dropdown in the iPhone 4S sales.

The previous versions i.e. the iPhone 4 and iPad 2, both had encountered the same problems with their displays. This seemed to have come because of the adhesive. Those problems cleared up in a week and so the current iPhone 4S users are also waiting for the same to happen.

But it seems the previous issue was a bit moderate since the screen displayed only yellow colored small spots. This time the tint is covering almost the entire area of the display. The crisis has already been named as “Yellow Gate”. The Cupertino, Calif – based tech company has not come up with any comments nor has it suggested any solution for this crisis. This indicates that it might in future become an unattended issue. The commonly noted point is that the issue mainly remains with the black 4S model rather than the white one leading analysts to believe that the black phones are tricking the screens to compensate for the darker surroundings.

Some users even feel that the iPhone 4S color display is a bit washed out compared to the previous version. With more and more people watching videos and photos on the new iPhone, the clarity issue might lead them turn their faces. The iPhone 4S is indeed a much hyped about phone but competition is seriously gonna shoot up with 2 more majors, Motorola and Samsung Nexus launching their phones.

If the issue sustains, it might keep the users rush towards the rivals, especially users who give importance to the physical appearance. No matter whether the issue gets addressed by Apple or resolved by them, the customers who have already purchased the phone need something to get it fixed.
